We Don’t Have a Map to “One Day,” But Some Innovative and Courageous Teachers and Students Are Lighting the Way



Over the last several years, members of the Classroom Leadership team of Teach For All have been visiting (and virtually visiting) strong classrooms across the Teach For All network, and seeking patterns in those classrooms that we can all learn from.

One question we have been asking ourselves is:

What themes do we consistently see in our network’s strongest classrooms that we often do NOT see in our training and support models?

We believe that asking this question is a helpful way to think critically about how we should evolve our training and support programs.
